The website accessible from the domain "www.wherelightmeetsdark.com.au" is referred to as "this website", "Where Light Meets Dark" and/or "WLMD" in these Terms.
The WLMD website owner is Chris Rehberg.
Note, the website (also named "Where Light Meets Dark") which is accessible from the domain "www.wherelightmeetsdark.com" (note, no ".au" top level domain) is governed by its own terms as published on that website.
User
In these Terms and Conditions, the term "user" refers to a person other than the Where Light Meets Dark website owner. The term "users" refers to a non-specific collection of users.
Contributing authors
In these Terms and Conditions, the term "contributing author" ("contributing authors", plural) refers to a person, other than the WLMD website owner, whose original article content appears published on the WLMD website with their consent and with attribution to that person as author. The contributing author's attribution appears following the article title. Articles without explicit authorship attribution are contributed by the WLMD website owner.
Contributing authors contribute articles under the agreement that WLMD is licensed to reproduce that article on the WLMD website or its affiliated websites (whether affiliated now or in the future) in perpetuity without remuneration or compensation and further authorise WLMD to make changes to the submitted article for editing purposes and/or as directed and/or agreed via communication between the contributing author and the WLMD website owner. To contribute an article to WLMD, contact the website owner using the online contact form.

A number of images appear on the WLMD website. These may appear in any number of areas of the site including within articles, in the news feed (at http://wherelightmeetsdark.com.au/news/), on the homepage (as part of an extract of the news feed) or other undocumented areas.
